Returns/Exchanges

If the item is faulty or the size doesn't fit or simply because you changed your mind, we are open for returns! Provided that item is packed nicely as how it was packaged and the tags and invoice is returned as well. Before sending the item back for return/exchanges, please note that:

  • Within 14 days after delivery.
  • Item is well-packed in the box that it came with.
  • Tag and original copy of the invoice is provided.
  •  Items that are labelled exchangeable(for exchange policy only).
  • Items can only be exchanged in terms of size/colour, we are unable to exchange to another item.
  • If you would like for a refund, please provide us with your Bank account details.

Exchanges

Do note that in order to request for an exchange, you have to go through this steps:

  1. Fill up the online form for an exchange.
  2. Pack item as per mentioned above.
  3. Send to any Singpost and track your parcel.
  4. Once we have received your request, we will monitor the item and process your exchange as soon as possible. We will immediately email you on the following procedure after that.
